As with standard (in person) leasing, we require the non-refundable payment of a $70 application fee (per person) that covers our costs of running credit, criminal, eviction and other background investigations. Once you click submit, you'll be given the opportunity to pay your application costs online. Please note that the application cannot be processed without the payment of your application costs. If you wish to pay in person, you may do so, but it may delay the processing of your application.

This application must be completed by all adults who will occupy the apartment before it can be considered by the landlord. Acceptance of this application and monies deposited herewith, is not binding upon landlord until approved by landlord. If approved, all monies deposited, except the application fee, will be held as a reservation deposit to be credited towards the security deposit, which is required of applicant by the lease agreement. The deposit will be refunded in full within 30-days if the application is declined.

If the apartment is held for applicant(s) for more than 48 hours, after the application is approved, and the applicant(s) cancel, a cancellation fee equal to the administrative fee will be charged. I understand that the estimated rental rate quoted on this application may not reflect my actual rental rate. A unit cannot be reserved without full payment of all application and administrative fee.

Lessor's Designated Agent's Sponsoring Broker Company has previously entered into an agreement with Lessor to provide certain property management and real estate brokerage services to the Lessor. Lessor's Designated Agent will not be acting as your agent, but as the agent of the Lessor.

Upon submitting this form, the applicant(s) recognize that an investigative report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through interview, credit report, civil, and criminal check. This includes information as to your character, general reputation, credit and mode of living. This application may be declined as a result of any misrepresentation or insufficient information or as a result of an incomplete application. The applicant(s) appearing below hereby authorize the holder of this application to investigate the above mentioned, and authorizes the release of any and all requested information that the owner or agents deem necessary in determining the status of this application. Applicants also acknowledge receipt of the community's Statement of Rental Policy.

A photo of your pet, along with license number and vaccination records, must be on file along with a properly executed pet addendum. Not limited to, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman, Chow Chows, and Akitas are not permitted at any time for any reason
